Civil Engineering Project Manager

FEI is looking to expand our growing Team.

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Project Manager to join our Arden, NC office. This position will be asked to expand/support our current team and relationships with in the Greater Asheville and Western North Carolina Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Responsible for project quality, efficiency, design in conformance with standards of practice and company policy
  • • Promotes strong relationships with Client and regulatory agencies.
  • • Monitors budgets and project accountability
  • • Maintain schedules and timely completion of projects
  • • Promotes teamwork along with evaluation of facilities efficiencies and utilization
  • • Prepares or directs preparation of reports, specifications, plans construction documents, studies, permits and project designs
  • • Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • • Ability to manager other Project Engineers and CAD Technicians

    Required Skills/Qualifications

    Educational Requirements

    Minimum BS in ABET Accredited Civil Engineering Program


    Experience Requirements

    Minimum of 5+ years experience in land development engineering and 2+ years experience in management

    License Requirements

    Valid NC PE registration

    Valid Driver’s License

    Computer Skills

    Microsoft Office Suite

    Ajera Financial Management (Preferred)

    Carlson Software Suite (Preferred)

    AutoCAD Civil 3d
